Fubo is missing several key cable channels that are included with most competing live TV services: Discovery Channel, TCL, HGTV, Food Network, Animal Planet, Travel Channel, TBS, TNT, CNN, and AMC. 

Otherwise, the service offers a similar set of features and networks to those on other platforms like YouTube TV and Hulu + Live TV. As of 2025, the base Essential tier is a few dollars cheaper than the starting prices for YouTube TV and Hulu + Live TV, but Fubo gets considerably more expensive once you start opting for premium add-ons and paying regional sports fees. The main shift that this merger could cause is that Fubo is now allowed to create a new sports-centric service featuring Disney-owned networks (ABC, ESPN, etc.) and ESPN+.
