Seven Of The Most Expensive Neighbourhoods In Cape Town

Cape Town’s real estate market boasts some of the most affluent and expensive neighbourhoods, not just in South Africa, but on the continent.
According to Business Tech, an analysis by the Seeff Property Group revealed that most of the country’s priciest suburbs or neighbourhoods are in Cape Town, with houses there being sold for up to R150 million.
Currently, as per recent listings on Pam Golding Properties, property prices have topped even that! Take a look at some of the most expensive neighbourhoods in the Mother City (at the time of writing):
1. Fresnaye
