Where Can I Find People?

I didn't went to uni and I have no connections. Long story short I do have quite a few saas ideas and I'm looking for someone to work with me. Working solo is doable but much harder.

How can I find people that are basically trying to start a business and are willing to work really hard?

Its not easy since I'm not an employer and can't just hire someone from indeed. Also since it's a startup there is no promise that there will be return on investment. The whole thing might probably will go down the drain

From my experience ppl just contact me and waste my time. Looking for 1 or 2 blokes like me that are happy to work like a dog

Any suggestions how to hunt them let me know
