The Bronx baseball stadium offers more than just peanuts and Cracker Jack
Take us out to the ball game, take us out with the crowd — but buy us more than just peanuts and Cracker Jacks (sorry, we had to). The 2025 Major League Baseball season is finally here, which means it’s time to watch some games and indulge in the great pastime of stadium food.
Yankee Stadium in the Bronx — home of the New York Yankees — is chock-full of great dining and drinking options. Overall, the Legends Hospitality team manages the baseball stadium’s concessions, with executive chef Robert Flowers. And a fun fact: The stadium’s Tower Garden at Gate 2 will grow lettuce and herbs that will be used for concessions.
For the 2025 season, new food vendors include Caribbean Food Delights with Jamaican beef patties, Bronx cafe Mae Mae’s vegan chickpea salad, chicken carnitas tacos, hot dogs topped with chicken tenders, and loads of cookies.
New food vendors at Yankee Stadium
Bondi Sushi (Audi Club): The New York sushi mini-chain is operating a full-on sushi station with nigiri, hand rolls, and crispy rice. Alas, this restaurant is only available to people who buy Audi Club tickets or make reservations for meals before the games.
Brooklyn Dumpling Shop (Sections 108, 205, 213, and 321): The fast-casual automat-operated chain will offer its new-school dumplings like the Buffalo chicken with buttermilk ranch and a wagyu beef dumpling with a spicy aioli.
Caribbean Food Delights (FreshDirect Terrace and Toyota Terrace in the bleachers): The Bronx-born Jamaican food company is slinging up beef patties at the stadium. There’s the original beef patty, and then a version with a jerk barbecue aioli and cilantro lime slaw.

Change-Up Kitchen (Section 105): Legends Hospitality opened up this new restaurant, featuring a smattering of dishes from the company, including porchetta sandwiches, lobster rolls, and pastrami sandwiches. It also offers a pastrami sandwich from Manhattan butcher Lobel’s and empanadas from New York food business Nunchas (its first time at Yankee Stadium).
Mae Mae Café (FreshDirect Terrace and Toyota Terrace in the bleachers): The Mott Haven, a Bronx-based restaurant, will serve its vegan fare in the form of a chickpea salad.
Sweet P Bakery (Sections 121 and 211): The nonprofit cookie bakery is operating two grab-and-go stands at the stadium, offering sweet and salty, chocolate chip, and M&M flavors.
Returning Yankee Stadium vendors
Benihana (Section 127): The Japanese chain, known for its interactive dining experience, sells poke, sushi burritos, maki rolls, and yakisoba bowls.
Blue Bunny (Sections 125 and 318): The ice cream corporation’s offering its frozen sweets in a variety of hand-dipped flavors, from vanilla to chocolate chip cookie dough to lemon sorbet. There are also packaged ice creams available.
Bobby’s Burgers (Section 132): Celebrity chef Bobby Flay’s American burger stand offers a short list of classics, including a veggie option, fries, and milkshakes.
Chickie’s and Pete’s (Section 115): This Philadelphia concessions stand that has expanded throughout the East Coast specializes in crab fries that aren’t made with crustaceans; rather it’s crinkle-cut fries with spices, so yes, it’s vegetarian-friendly.

Christian Petroni (Section 125): Bronx native and caterer Christian Petroni, who has appeared on Food Network-favorite shows like Chopped, is serving up Italian American dishes. There’s cheesy garlic bread with meatballs and marinara; a meatless iteration; a vanilla sundae made with Mister Softee served in the collectable Yankees hat cup; and the new tiramisu, also served in said cup.
Fuku (Sections 109, 213, and 331): Celebrity chef David Chang’s chain is serving up sweet-spicy chicken sandwiches and tenders, with sides like waffle fries.
The Halal Guys (Bleachers sections 201 and 321): One of the city’s most popular halal carts, which has been exported across the world, offers beef gyros, chicken platters, and other pita sandwiches and platters, as well as falafels and vegetarian items. And yes, it’s serving out of actual carts.
King’s Hawaiian (Sections 115, 334): The bread company is using its fluffy, sweet rolls as the base for maple-chipotle chicken sandwiches.
Lobel’s (Section 134): The New York butcher shop’s meaty array includes tater tots topped with barbecued filet tips, cheddar cheese, and crispy onions; the new roasted pork and broccoli rabe sandwiches; fries with shaved steak, a queso sauce, and chopped scallions; and a prime steak sandwich.

Mighty Quinn’s (Section 132): This New York City barbecue favorite got its start at Smorgasburg and has expanded throughout the city. Among the smoked food offerings are chicken wings, brisket sandwiches, rice bowls studded with barbecue meats, and the new loaded baked potato.
Mister Softee (Sections 107, 110, 125, 205, 217, 224, 305, 318, 321, and the bleachers): The iconic ice cream truck chain is offering its soft serve in three options: vanilla, chocolate, and twist.
Nathan’s Famous (Sections 127, 224, 312, and throughout the stadium): The world-famous hot dogs are here alongside crinkle-cut fries and hamburgers.
Premio Foods (Section 232, 320, and the bleachers): The Cinque family sausage company is making sandwiches with grilled sweet or hot Italian sausages.
Sabrett’s (throughout the stadium): No baseball stadium is complete without hot dogs, so naturally, there’s a second option from the national company.

Streetbird (Section 112): Celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson’s fast-casual chicken wing restaurant expanded into Yankee Stadium, offering wings, tenders, and the new Birddog, where a hot dog is topped with chicken tenders.
Yankee Stadium’s Own Shakes (Sections 112, 125, and 324): Baby Ruths, Butterfingers, rainbows, black-and-white cookies, and the new cotton candy-lollipops combination are the stars of these shakes, served in fun cups.
Legends Hospitality’s Yankee Stadium concessions
99 Burger (Section 107): Double-wagyu beef patty cheeseburgers come alive with dill pickles. Tomatoes and onions have to be asked for, and while, in the past, there had been only 99 burgers available for each game, now the stadium has done away with that limit.
Bacon on a stick (Sections 121, 211, 223, 227, and 319): Per the name: thick applewood-smoked bacon slices served in skewers.
Cheesesteaks (Section 223): The Philly-famous chopped steak sandwich includes onions, and American cheese on a hero roll.
Chicken and fries buckets (throughout stadium): It’s what it sounds like.

Chopped cheeses (FreshDirect Terrace and Toyota Terrace in the bleachers): The sesame-seeded hero is layered with shredded iceberg, tomatoes, barbecue sauce, ground beef, applewood-smoked bacon, and American cheese. There’s also a barbecue iteration with barbecue sauce and applewood-smoked bacon.
Corn esquite cups (FreshDirect Terrace and Toyota Terrace in the bleachers): The company uses produce from the fruit/vegetable business for this brand-new offering full of corn, a sour cream and lime dressing, chile-lime seasoning, and cotija cheese.
Garlic fries (Section 107): Fried potatoes that come with fresh garlic and parsley.
Pineapple cups (FreshDirect Terrace and Toyota Terrace in the bleachers): The company partnered with the grocery delivery service on this new-to-the-stadium cut-up pineapple dish with Chamoy sauce and a lime wedge.
Stadium street tacos (Section 311): New to the stadium, Legends is making trios of shredded chicken carnitas tacos with avocado crema, chipotle aioli, cotija cheese, and pico de gallo.
What to drink at Yankee Stadium
All of the bars at Yankee Stadium offer the New York Legendary Ale, a golden ale collaboration with New York brewery Goose Island.
And then the bars also offer cocktails, like the new espresso martini made with Aspen vodka; the Dragon Margarita with dragon fruit; and the Tullyball with whiskey, ginger beer, and lemon. There are also tapped cocktails for quicker-service, such as the Bronxtail with vodka, blueberry liqueur, and lemonade; the Old School Margarita; and the Two-Rum Home Run with light and spiced rums, passionfruit, and pink lemonade.
How to Order and Eat at Yankee Stadium
People can physically go to the concessions to order and bring back food and drinks to their seats.
Or they can opt for dining at one of the several dedicated such as the Mastercard Batter’s Eye Deck by the centerfield, FreshDirect Terrace above the visiting team’s bullpen, the Toyota Terrace above the Yankees’ bullpen, the LG OLED Sports Lounge at Section 134, the Budweiser Party Decks at the 300 Level’s concourse, the Pepsi Food Court between Sections 125 and 127B, the Stella Artois Landing and the Kona Bleachers Bar both at the 200 Level in the left field area, the Michelob Ultra Clubhouse at the 200 Level in the right field.
Alternatively, for ease, people can place Uber Eats orders through QR codes.
With all of that in mind, eat and drink well while rooting on for the Bronx Bombers.
