Holding Vs. Medium-long Term Trading?

Card image cap

Look the community is picking back up again and it’s clear we’re in a bull run. I’m mostly in BTC, ETH & SOL and a couple other alts. But 80% of my crypto is those first 3 (because I’m not smart and would rather take a good chance at a 2-5x than risk losing it all on alts). And I’m having an internal debate. I’m a long term bull. I think BTC & ETH especially are going nowhere and think SOL is a good long term bet as well. But I’m starting to think ahead and part of me wants to hold thru this entire cycle and part of me wants to start selling on the way up and load up for the 2028 bull run.

Personally I think I’m leaning towards holding my BTC and ETH until 2030 (at least). And selling all other alts during this cycle. The reason for that is, I have no idea what’s gonna happen. Most likely I think BTC tops between 125-150k. But part of me has no idea how the ETF, boomers & blackrock/fidelity are gonna come into this. Do they send this straight to 3,4, 500k+ and we watch what happens with the gold etf being in an extended bull run? Idk????

What’s your strategy for the next year as well as your long term strategy?
