During a recent interview with Men’s Health where he broke down his diet, Holland said:
I’m always trying to have a healthy amount of vegetables. And when I say ‘healthy,’ I just mean a lot. My girlfriend’s a vegetarian, which is really helpful because it means that more often than not, I’ll be having a veggie meal. But yeah, I’m mindful about what I eat.
That said, the In the Heart of the Sea actor also emphasized how he and his brother used to have the worst diet before. So when Zendaya took charge in his life to take care of him by bringing about her vegetarian flair to his life as well, it ostensibly seems to have brought a noticeable change to that.
Especially this past year, my brother and I, we live together and work together, and we famously have had the worst diets ever, especially when we’re working. So we’ve both taken an active decision to really try and make a difference in our diet or calorific intake.
Then there’s the fact that the Spider-Man star himself has admitted, that his diet is far more important to gain muscle mass than hitting the gym.

During the same interview, Tom Holland went on to share his philosophy behind his ‘diet’ — a term he corrected to ‘eating healthy’ instead — sharing how he feels his diet is more responsible for him donning a particular shape for a role than hitting the gym.
Getting candid about his take on the same, the Uncharted star said: “My philosophy behind my diet is that my diet is far more important than what I do in the gym. I would say, for me, to see results, it’s 80% diet and 20% fitness. I try to be strict and healthy.”

I travel a lot so I find it really difficult to get into a routine of cooking for myself, but yeah. So dieting — I wouldn’t call it ‘dieting,’ but ‘eating healthy’— is a big part of me staying in shape.
And the person helping him out with consuming healthy foods on a regular basis is none other than his vegetarian girlfriend. That said, after acknowledging all of this, it can’t be denied that the Dune actress most certainly seems to be taking good care of the man she is currently engaged to, considering how Tom Holland appears to be in good shape as of late as he prepares his body for Spider-Man 4 and his other projects in line.
