Rumors About Barack & Michelle Obama ‘marital Trouble’!!
There are growing rumors among Washington DC insiders that Barack and Michelle Obama’s marriage may be in trouble, according to two people with insight into the former president and his wife’s inner circle.
Michelle was noticeably absent from former Jimmy Carter’s funeral, which many believed she’d attend with Barack. And yesterday Michelle’s team announced that she will not be accompanying Barack to Donald Trump’s inauguration. The insiders Media take Out spoke to suspect that her absence could be a sign of trouble in the Obama marriage.
According to one insider, Barack and Michelle have been having difficulty adjusting to life, after the presidency. The insider explained, “Michelle wants to be out and about, growing her brand and doing public things. Barack wants to step back from the limelight.”
And another insider tells us that the last election, where Donald Trump defeated Kamala Harris caused particular stress on their relationship. The insider explained, “It was a stressful time for anyone active in democratic policies. It wasn’t a good time for Barack and Michelle either.”
Barack and Michelle were last seen publicly together at the Democratic National convention.

But that’s not all. Media Take Out looked through Michelle Obama’s Instagram, and noticed that Michelle has largely stopped posting pictures with her husband. In fact, on Christmas, instead of posting couple pics – like she has in the past – she posted pics of her dog, instead.
For Christmas, instead of posting a current photo, Barack posted a throwback pic of his family from 2016.
And there’s more Jada Pinkett-ish behavior from Michelle, that has people raising an eyebrow, and causing the rumor mill to go into overdrive.
For example, Michelle Obama is currently selling a new workbook called Overcoming, where she gives readers tips on how to get through difficult moments in their lives. Michelle writes, “No matter where you are on your journey, there are folks out there who may make you feel othered. But I want to remind you that so often, what you perceive as your differences — are actually your strengths — and in many ways, they are the source code to your successes.”
And finally, Michelle is executive producing a new Netflix show where she – in addition to other things – gives dating advice to women who are dating in the later stages of life. The show is called “Later Daters.”
It’s not clear what a woman who has been married since her 20s, knows about dating in modern times. And it’s equally unclear why she would produce such a show.
