Window Arrangement Of Two Adjacent Monitors, Suitable, And Constructive, For Programmer Pairs Programming

Card image cap

I wonder if we can go back to viewing the person we watch as the self, to focusing, on, couple, relationships.

Suppose two computers were placed side by side.

Each screen was divided in four quadrants.

Person on the right (screen):

At the top right, a mirror video of the self, at the top left, video of the other person, at the bottom left, the other person's code, at the bottom right, the person's code.

Person on the left (screen):

At the top left, a mirror video of the self, at the top right video of the other person, at the bottom right, the other person's code, at the bottom left, the person's code.

Above this, a stays on top window of the application that can be hidden behind the top window bar by scrolling the window as in fvwm2 window manager on Linux.

The programmers, may be more able, in this way, to create a child program as a couple.

I wonder whether this screen arrangement of windows would be conducive to pairs-progranming.

Thanks.
