Myopia Goggles That Won't Pop My Eyes Out
I know there's a lot of threads on this already and there isn't a magical singular universal solution, but still, I'd like to give this a try.
I have pretty severe myopia (about -7.50 or more), moving without prescription glasses or goggles is a huge fall risk.
Unfortunately, I've struggled with prescription goggles over 10 years and I'm so tired. They're either:
A) put so much pressure on my sockets it gives me an awful headache/sinus pain and feels like my eyes are about to pop out
B) fairly comfortable, but then start leaking water inside
C) don't fit my gigantic nose
D) all of the above
It's irrational but given that I have a connective tissue disease that makes everything lax and prone to injury, I'm a little terrified I'll actually burst a major vessel in my eyes or something.
I'm not sure what features I should be looking at. Bigger goggles? Smaller? Rectangular? Circular?
I'm happy to hear any experiences, maybe feedback you heard from friend of a friend, etc.
P.S. Contact lenses absolutely are not an option, thanks Sjogrens.
