$15,000 For Parking At Tow Yard In Washington State?!!!

I'm a Canadian semi truck driver. My company suggested I park my truck in a safe place because I was late for my drop off and wanted to be home for the holidays. The company suggested a tow yard. I spoke to the owner and he said it would cost $100/day to park, I agreed and left back to Canada. When I went to pick up the trailer, they told me that it would be $8000 for damages because they say I hit something (I didn't) and another $8000 to release my trailer. They won't accept any cards only cash!! I don't have this kind of money and the tow company is charging more money daily. On top of that, the trailer was fully loaded. I'm at a loss for what to do. My company isn't being helpful and I can't come up with $15,000 USD in cash. I don't even know if I could legally get it across the border if I wanted to. Anyone in Washington State help me out? Is there anything I can do? The police have been contacted but say there's nothing they can do. The tow company is threatening to sell the load and the trailer. I can't see a way out of this.
