(canada_crown-corp) Employee Documents Feelings Of Self Harm

An employee sends an email, during business hours, expressing thoughts of self-harm to their employer which is a crown Corporation.
The corporation reacts and calls 911 and gets help for the employee. The employee doesnt miss their next scheduled shift which was 2 days after the incident.
Two weeks later the employee asks about follow-up with the employer and there's no follow-up. Employee goes as far as saying the incident was due to work and again documents it in writing. The corporation does not document anything and pretends it didn't happen.
What are the obligations of the crown Corporation?
