[fl] Is The Landlord Allowed To Just Come Over Whenever And Make Noise?

A year or so ago, they decided to plop this fixer upper in the yard (despite the lease saying we have to take care of the yard/there was nothing saying they were going to do this, it just showed up)

And now they're over here constantly. Running power tools, even worse, they use OUR power to do so without permission (utilities are not built into rent, they are straight up stealing it, without even asking)

Several days a week, for several hours, we have them and random guys over

We can't use our yard, because of the house, and that there's always people over

Constant loud noises from power tools. Even early in morning

We can't relax when we're in a perpetual construction zone

Especially when our power bill is affected by them

I'm honestly starting to consider getting a lock for the outside plug

Is there anything we can do? It's been absolutely obnoxious, that they can make us live in a constant construction area
