[help] My Family Lost Their House And Has Gone Bankrupt Over Something That Was Not Our Fault.

So, My parents found a house they wanted to buy and took out a mortgage for it back in 2017 for a fair price and we lived in that house for a good 8 years not a single missed payment. A year ago we received notice that the house we’ve been living in had a lien attached to it from the previous owner, he gave the lien to the property to some guy he owed money too, so the lien owner took us to court and managed to win the case and court gave him the title to the house and kicked us out. my parents are split up so i went with my mom and my dad went to texas i have a sick grandpa that requieres 24/7 supervision we were kicked out of our home where we were comfortable and forced to move out to a tiny apartment. by this time my moms credit has already been ruined my mom has been going into debt i haven’t been able to start college lawyers are hella expensive we have lawsuits against the house of title and the lawyer that was with us signing the paperwork and contracts for the house and she failed to look at the lien. but apparently that lawsuit money doesn’t even come close to the value of the house. the bank is now trying to reclaim the house from the lien owner arguing that he doesn’t have a right to take owner ship but the bank has specifically stated that they are not trying to give us the house back they want to sell it.
