(minnesota, Usa)getting Child Support From Mother

How would I(17F) go about getting Child Support from my mother, she has been collecting money from my father but I have not been under her care since late June. There has been CPS case filed but was closed and I am not sure why. I talked to multiple cops about the abuse I had undergone. I was going to return to my mom since she called the cops and drove to partner's family that I need to go home but then at that moment she drove off.

My dad has been paying child support that whole time and still is so about 30 months of child support and about $200 ish dollars is what I have been told. I just do not not have the money for lawyer fees or court anything. Is there anything I can do to get the money easier without much money needed.
