[new Jersey Labor] My Boss Watches Pornographic Material On Company Tablets And I'm Being Exposed To It Which Is Making Me Very Uncomfortable.

I am currently working for a small company which I want to quit, because the situation here is uncomfortable, unprofessional, and stressful.

The owner stays at the office overnight M-F and is watching porn on company tablets that we send out to clients.

I have brought it up many times to upper management and explained that it makes me feel uncomfortable. I told my managers also to please tell the owner to stop using these tablets to watch porn, and my managers laugh it off and don't do anything about it. I'm tasked to making sure history is clear before sending out these tablets to clients, and will get reprimanded if I forget to clear them.

I feel like I work in a fraternity and not a professional business. Any issues are dismissed and I'm told to grow up. Since it's a small company, we don't have a real HR department. I wish I could quit a lot sooner, but I have a family to support. so I've been dealing with it for nearly 3 years.

I've talked to my brother who is a lawyer and says it isn't worth pursuing labor laws. Also, I don't have any video evidence of the owner of the company actually taking the tablets to use for his "deeds" but he leaves the webpages open in chrome browser and the history is time stamped during the hours he is here alone. Most times all I have to do is unlock the tablet and it pops up. I've been taking photos of the search history to document but I don't know what that could do for m. I want out and I want to be able to collect benefits while I look for something new. Any advice on how I could do that?
