I am the primary lease holder and rent the rooms out. On Sunday she got home and words were said and she threw something at me and came and pushed me back numerous times causing lacerations and bruising on my chin and chest (she's 5'10 200# I'm 5'9 and 160#)

We were somewhat romantically involved.

I called the police and she was arrested. Immediately previous to he had sent me text messages saying she wanted to kill me and wanted to knock me out.

She will have 15 minutes to come get whatever belongings she has.

After that I need to get her things out immediately. Do I need to file for formal eviction, or can I play it as abandoned property?
