[ohio] Bum Brother Brought In To Help Get Back On Feet And Now Won't Leave

i let my brother move in with me while he was searching for jobs after getting laid off. he has been "applying" and "interviewing" for almost the entire year, but every time i come home from work i find him playing video games. he has made no progress with finding a new job or even a temporary job. he even had his car taken from him for not meeting his payments.

anyway, he is not on the lease, so he isn't living here legally. i want him out but i don't know how to get him out. i am scared to talk to the leasing office about this situation. i am also considering moving next year anyway and don't want him to follow me to my new apartment. please help with any advice
