[oregon] My Ex Gf Locked Me Out Of Our House That She Owns, Is This Illegal?

My girlfriend and I broke up a few days ago and I have been planning on moving out at the end of the month. She owns the house and I have been living with her and paying her via zelle for part (sometimes half) of her mortgage since I moved in Jan 1. I made sure to note each zelle payment as Dec 2024, etc.

We got in a fight last night and I just got off my work shift to find the garage door locked (I lost my key and she knows this - we just had a discussion about it two days ago.) I went to work at 3am and she leaves at 8am so there’s no way it could’ve been me.

I’ve called and texted her to no avail, she has lunch at 1:15pm. Do I just wait for her to get back to me? Should I call the non emergency police? Otherwise she doesn’t get off work until 7pm or later and my cat is in the house :(

She has never “forgotten” to leave the garage door unlocked before, it’s been that way even before I lost my keys.

For more info, we broke up because she pushed me in a fight. She is controlling and I’m worried this is another abusive behavior showing.
