(pa) What Happens If Maintenance Enters My Apartment W/o My Knowledge/permission And My Dog Bites Them?

Previously maintenance has entered my apartment without my knowledge when I was at work for an “emergency” and the next day when they were the guy was upset with me because they thought my dog was going to attack them. She did not, I assume she barked a ton and was scary seeming. It seems like they plan on being able to do this. I have no intention of locking my dog away whenever I go to work because the old building may leak, that is completely unfair to her. She is not an attack dog or anything and is very friendly when I have friends over, but obviously someone randomly coming into her home when I’m not there is completely different. I know that technically I need 24 hours notice but it seems like a leak is an emergency and that leaks keep happening (I’m not leaving water running or anything, the building just kinda sucks). What happens if something happens? I’m afraid that she’ll get marked as dangerous or I’ll get sued for medical costs or something

Also I do not like people entering my home when I am not there, years ago someone stole my laptop and my roommate and I strongly suspect it was maintenance (bc of the lack of forced entry and my scary sounding dog that you would know is not scary if you’ve met her). I get that leaks suck but I don’t see why they can’t wait until I’m able to be there. Is there anything I can do about this?
