The management company told me “there are receipts” for where the 50k went when I asked. And that was their only one line response. None of the work ever got done (new deck, roof).

Last HOA meeting one tenant did bring up where it went and the president stuttered and said the work was going to get done. But there is like 1,500 in our reserves lol
