80 Yr Old Dad Losing House And He Was Holding Out For A Miracle But Screwed Himself

Dad's house going into foreclosure he hasn't paid the mortgage in a little over a year bc sister who was on his bank account kept taking the money. Dad is 80 and lives near Peekskill, NY Court date in White plains is set for 2/4/25. A realtor said he can hopefully get 360k-400 for his run down house but he's been waiting forever for the business lawyer next door to make him an offer, which he finally did and he offered $300. Any info, what to expect, etc please ???? little to no money for a lawyer and he didn't fill out the paperwork to get one appointed bc neighbor lawyer took it. Edit 2 weeks ago paper said he owes 360k
