A Family Member Used My Address For Their Llc Without My Permission

I recently found out that a family member used my address for their LLC application. To give you some background, this family member lives in another country and came to stay at my house for a few weeks, mind you I was given any notice beforehand. They then applied for an LLC since they want to start a business, but failed to mention they used my address. I just got mail from them and got their LLC information which was sent to my house. I confronted them and asked why they used my address, and they stated that it was a mistake and that my address was not supposed to be used. I of course don’t believe them and asked for my address to be removed from their LLC, since I own my home and don’t want any implications. They apologized and agreed to remove my address. However when they sent “proof” of change of address, it was a USPS change of address form, which I don’t believe has anything to do with changing the address on an LLC. Does anyone know how I can go about fixing this? I don’t want to find out later that my address is still being used, or worse. Thanks!
