A Friend Who I Had To Block Because Of Calling In Excessive Amounts

A bit of backstory,

I have had a friend for years since around 2018. We’ve been friends for a while and then it started to really collapse in 2024. He graduated high school and is a legal adult, I on the other hand am under 18. With the things going on in my life, he has called me over 930 times since June 2024. I have told him it was excessive over a phone call on discord when he went as far as to CALL my school to see if I was in session when we had session. I was so on edge and then in late January I hit the button and ceased most contact and had limited contact. I for one do not want to make this legal but he has today made another Snapchat account to contact me and I have not accepted his friend request. The only people that I have told he has contacted my school are my mom and a few of my friends. I need advice on what to do now. On his part he has mental health issues and having been apparently his only friend. That’s what makes the difficult for me. Advice would help. Thx
