A Picture Was Taken Of Me As A Minor Without My Knowledge And Then Posted On Facebook Without My Consent Because They Thought My Clothes Were Inappropriate. Can I Do Anything About This?

I was wearing tights and an above the knee length skirt selling girl scout cookies at a booth outside of Walmart in a small town in Georgia. I was sitting down when someone I don't know took a picture of me while my skirt appeared shorter because I was sitting. Instead of complaining to my troop leader privately, this person decided to publicly post this picture of me, a minor, with the main focus being how short my skirt is. This happened a few years ago but even now it makes me very uncomfortable. I still can't escape the drama this caused and it has seriously effected my mental health in the long run. I've tried researching if I can do anything but I can't find a definite answer.
