Abusive Ex’s Father Keeps Harassing Me. There Is A Protection Order, But He’s Not On It.

Back in September my ex of 10yrs attacked me and strangled me for over 5min while i was 6 months pregnant with our 2nd child, my toddler was there too, and she saw him do all of this to me. This was in Tx

He got arrested, there was an EPO sent out against HIM, and the address we were at, so i could pack my belongings and leave asap, which i did, but his father keeps harassing me; his father would harass me every day until i left the apartment, he would try to break into the apartment, he attempted to get my car towed, he would bang on the door for hours, his father & my ex’s sister would stalk me out in the parking lot, they would walk up to me any time they saw me outside, and heckle me asking WHERE ARE YOU GOING? WHEN ARE YOU LEAVING? WHAT ARE YOU DOING?, With that being said i did call the police multiple times and make a harassment report against his father & sister for this. The police didn’t do anything about it other than..put it on paper & tell them to leave every time they showed up. Harassment report was made in Texas

It took me a week to gather all of my stuff and i fled my home state for my safety, went to go stay with family up north in KS. Im not gonna talk about the abuse because this is specifically about my ex’s father, who still to this day…6 months later…will not leave me alone.

He texts me, calls me, leaves voicemails. In texts he always makes it seem like he just cares about the children but after how he treated me..k anyway, i refused to speak to him or reply for awhile, but after a whole month of him texting every other day, i replied “DO NOT CONTACT ME ANYMORE”. This was in October..but he continued to ignore that and still texting me, and infact the reason why i am making this post is because HE FOUND MY ADDRESS AND LITERALLY TEXTED IT TO ME asking if he could “send a box to my house”. Now here’s the thing…first off i left them all unblocked so i can have their texts/calls as proof of harassment, second..as soon as i got to KS, i filed for a protection order against my ex and his dad & siblings, where I sent the arrest report from when my ex strangled me and i also sent the courts the harassment report on his father, but they didnt add him or the siblings to the protection order.. also, I specifically told the courts to HIDE my address, which they did. So how the hell did this guy get my address that i haven’t shared with anyone? I thought that maybe my new info was on the internet on one of those info websites, but there was nothing that had my current info, BUT then again i didnt go as far as to pay any website to see if they had it..thats what im assuming he did to find out where i am living at.

What do i do now?
