Accident On My Record Wasn’t Me

Hello everyone. Please help me! I am at a loss for what to do in this situation. I purchased a new car the other day and when I attempted to sign up for a new insurance company (my previous one is in a different state) I was notified I had been in an accident in 2022 so the price was going to be $300 a month! I was never in an accident, nor did I report one. I checked my driving record and called my current insurance company, no sign of an accident. I don’t know where to go from here. Please help!!!

Extra information if needed: my prior insurance/car/plates/license are all from utah. I just moved to texas and registered my new car in texas and plan to get a new license.
