Ada Violation? Doctor’s Note Vs State Regulations (child’s Sleep @ Daycare)

My 4.5 year old son has a few disabilities - the primary concerned in this instance involve his developmental delay and insomnia. My child struggles with sleep. I share a bed with him (low income, don’t give me solutions for changing my living arrangement). I have been to the point of sleep deprivation where I am hallucinating. I’m a single parent of two kids (4.5 & 6.5 years old) and I’m trying desperately to function. I finally got my son to a sleep clinic and we have seen incredible improvement- with one exception. My son attends daycare for 2 half-days a week. Every Friday they allow him to sleep 2+ hours in the afternoon (something he does not do any other day). I spend all weekend on very little sleep and TONS of tantrums from a non speaking and frustrated kid. The sleep clinic wrote a doctor’s note to the daycare explaining that my child needs accommodations to avoid daytime sleep. The daycare responded saying they can’t accommodate a doctor’s orders due to Washington state regulations that allow 30 minutes of “non playtime” a day (if attending for 6+hours, which my son is seldom there for that length). They don’t even try to avoid sleep time, because for some reason he is always the ONLY kid that is secluded in a dark corner with a weighted blanket… My son’s therapist says this is an ADA violation, but I don’t even know what I would do if that true. Is this an ADA violation? If so, what do I do?
