Administered The Wrong Medication At A Doctors Appointment, What Do I Do? (oregon)

Hi, so last Tuesday (Dec 31) I went into my doctor's office to receive my first dose of Depo-Testosterone (Testosterone cypionate) and was instead given the Depo-Provera shot. Today (Jan 7) I got a call from the clinic's manager apologizing because multiple staff members failed to double check my prescription again the medication that was administered to me. The manager said that they were working with their safety team to make sure it doesn't happen again and she offered to do the shots going forward.

At this point my main questions are: Is this something i should contact a lawyer about? Is there anything I need to document going forward? I this should be posted elsewhere or violates anything please let me know.
