Amazon Hit My Car And Is Low Balling Me.

Hello, So a few weeks ago an Amazon delivery driver hit my parked car. Car was in a parking lot, in a space, and parked as a car should be. We think they tried to park beside me or using it to turn around not sure. Anyways. The contracted company said they would pay for it, then said I had to go through Amazon for it. I did. I submitted the report, pictures and an estimate from a collision repair center. I'm estimated roughly $2300 to fix it. After weeks of no answers I get an email saying they came to a settlement and offered me $1680. It wouldn't even cover fixing it let alone a rental for the week it will be in the shop. This is 100% their fault, why won't they just fix my car? I replied back stating the above and asking for an itemized estimate from their adjuster. I also asked what repair center near me would fix it at that cost. I am wanting to contact geico and ask for help but 1 I don't know how to ask for it and 2 I don't want my rates to go up for simply existing. Any suggestions? Thanks!
