Anyone Specialize In Family Wall, Specifically Guardianship And Elderly

Trying to help somebody that I’m taking care of right now as a caregiver. She’s many disabilities dialysis three times a week husband in the nursing home and they won’t let the pension go to either of them and tell a guardian disappointed and I’m not sure how to help her go about that if we need to go to a lawyer which she doesn’t have money for because she’s literally dust. I’m doing this for free. She doesn’t pay me to take care of her And a lawyer cost money that she doesn’t have, but if the pension gets freed up, then she can pay a lawyer and I’m just not sure how to go about this. I worked in family law for a while, but I’ve never seen the situation this complicated. Sorry if there’s any misspellings or anything looks weird.
