Been Evicted Without A Single Notice

I got myself in a bit of a pickle, I understand that this is partly my fault but I'm not entirely sure I have a case or rights here. My ex husband and I rent a house out and have for a little over a year in Washington. The lease is in both of our names even though I am a SAHM and he works full time to support us. He does make plenty of money to support us, pay rent, etc... so that's not what the issue is. I woke up to pounding on the door and when I opened it, police stepped into the house and told us we need to leave immediately which was very much a shock for me. I asked what was going on but nobody would tell me anything until I left and had to speak with the landlord. Apparently my ex husband had lied about paying the rent, telling me he was going to pay rent but doing god knows what with the money. However we had not once received a notice of eviction, nobody had spoke with us and we had not received any paperwork prior to getting forcefully removed from the property. Am I just completely screwed over, just a couple days earlier I had got hired back at my old job but even if I do earn income I'm not sure if I'll be able to rent anymore do to the eviction on my record. I have two little kids that were about to start daycare so I could work but know I find myself homeless In a damn motel with my kids, am I just screwed?
