Being Threatened With A Defamation And Harassment Suit For Calling Cps

I live in a very small town in the South. I was at a party a couple months ago and the guy throwing the party told me that he was getting an eight ball of cocaine. I'd already been there for a couple of hours before I was told this. I got upset and walked into the trailer to get away from everyone to calm down. Well, I discovered two unattended children, ages two and eight. The toddler's diaper was so full that it was hanging down past his knees. I was astounded. The children weren't clothed properly, the toddler in just the diaper. The trailer itself was extremely rundown, dirty, had holes in the floor that they just nailed down chunks of wood to cover.

The mother finally walked in and I was so mad that I handed her the child and said "I need you to help me fix this." I walked away back outside. Five minutes later, her boyfriend came outside and told me that I had to leave because I had called the mother "unfit", which wasn't what I said. I was so shocked and then here come the cops. This was no official call though, they were buddy-buddy and he told me I had to leave. I asked if he was even going to hear my side and he flat out said no. Someone offered me a ride and I took it. I was crying, upset and righteously pissed.

Well, the boyfriend had been trying to sleep with me behind her back and I kept blowing him off as gently as possible because I was trying to be nice. After the party, I blocked them and yet I've seen them looking at my Tik Tok account, which I then blocked, then the mother kept harassing me because I finally got so pissed at being mistreated by them that I posted her boyfriend's texts where he was trying to cheat on her.

Anyway, so I had kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I couldn't get that poor baby and his diaper out of my head, mixed with the fact that the boyfriend at least was also using drugs, so I called CPS.

Well, apparently the officer told them my name and I get texts from the mother telling me she's going to attempt to sue me for defamation and harassment. Now, I know that I called CPS based in good faith, that I was trying to genuinely help, plus I haven't contacted them at all except to respond to her harassment of me.

How likely is it that any lawyer will take her defamation case if she calls one?

Also, I live on disability so I don't see what they expect to get from me.
