Boss Crossing Lines Pushing Boundaries-boss Touching Me

Have a boss that likes to push boundaries with me. I try not to be a snowflake and let little stuff get to me, but yesterday felt different. Me and my coworkers were talking about massages and my boss was standing off to the side. I said I find massages weird because I don't like being touched. The boss did a 180 and started touching my arms, chest and stomach in a rapid motion while smiling at me. It obviously pissed me off because she does this stuff all the time and tries to get under my skin. We're opposite gender and it made my skin crawl. Am I wrong for feeling this way, what should I do?
