Bought A Car Unknowingly It Had A Frozen Title

Im reposting this because i realized i missed some important details.

This takes place in Phoenix/Chandler Arizona

I bought a car off a guy for $9500 on thursday and the DMV closed by the time we finished the deal so i took the title in on friday and they informed me that because of some sort of fraud linked to him or one of his cars. Because of that the car title is frozen. Cant be transferred. i havent signed the title. im waiting for a response to my texts.

I no longer want the car because of the hoops i have to jump through. Wondering what i can do to him to take the car back and get my money back if he doesnt respond
