Bought A Stolen Vehicle From Copart And Can’t Do Anything With It

I bought a salvage vehicle from Copart and was given a PA title. I reside in AL and have a dealer license, I typically buy Salvage vehicles, repair them, and sell them as Rebuilt. After I repaired the vehicle and got everything working on it like new, I started the process of getting a rebuilt title when it was flagged as “Stolen Unrecovered Theft”. It seemed weird since Copart is a large auction and I would hope they would do their due diligence when clearing titles and making sure they are not stolen, but I was told that it would have to be cleared in PA before I can do anything to it in AL. I’ve reached out to Copart and was told that they sell vehicles “As Is” and that “Copart is not a new or used car dealership and should not be treated as such.” Is there anything I can do since they did sell me a car that is considered stolen and they do not want to correct the issue?
