Brother Is Mentally Disabled But Very Aggressive And Violent [ky]

My friend’s brother is in his mid to late 20’s but has very low functioning autism that restricts him from being independent or living on his own. This isn’t necessarily the problem, he is very very violent and aggressive to her parents, to the point of destroying the house from flipping tables, throwing things across the house, chasing her parents with tools such as hammers, punching holes in the walls and even screaming verbal threats of wanting to harm or mvrder her parents, specifically her father. He also refuses to care for himself, by urinating on himself and anything around him regardless of what it is. The police have been called multiple times on him for fear of her parent’s safety but they claim that her parents simply need to speak to his therapist and then leave.

Does anyone know of what can be done to remove him from the home as unfortunately it has come to the point to where they cannot care for him. Money is a problem as they are both disabled physically and cannot work. My friend has given me permission to post this, Thank you in advance for your help.
