Brother Is Saying I Forged Dad's Will (wa)

My father died at the beginning of December and my brother is telling both the funeral home and relatives that I forged the will. He has been actively trying to change the date of the service behind my back but the funeral home will not let him.

The original was filed with the county and I have a copy from when it was signed. I was named sole executor in all matters. The will does not name his insurance policy, of which I am the sole beneficiary.

I have had countless family members harass me over this. One family member came into my house (my back door was unlocked) and destroyed things but left before the police arrived and the officers were not helpful; I don't know if they even filed a report as I have not received a copy despite asking for one.

Others have been harassing me through text or calls. A few have been calling to check on me and to keep informed on what is being said about me, mainly that I'm a greedy thief and a disappointment.

Do I have any legal recourse for this? This has destroyed my reputation in the family and I'm afraid of this affecting my reputation in our community.
