Brothers Ex Gf Won’t Leave. How To Get Her Out?? Please Help.

I (F21) will just jump straight into it my brother (25) and his gf (25) got into a domestic dispute ultimately she ended up getting a restraining order against him and he was on parole so they sent him back to some type of program so he’s not home at the moment.

This morning at 9:30 she came to my mom’s house with the cops to get all of her clothes and belongings, that went smoothly.

Just a while ago at 5pm she came back with the cops and two of her kids, cops told me the judge granted her permission to stay at my mom’s house that she can legally stay here. He also said that if there is any issue, before it gets to a brawl, just call them first.

Now she’s here with her kids and locked herself in my brothers room. I called to let me mom know as she is at work and she got so angry and kept saying she can’t stay there but I told her exactly what the cops told me and she was just yelling at me on the phone.

My mom also inquired about where my brother will stay once he’s out from the program and the cops said he won’t be able to come home since shes there. She does not pay rent here. She doesn’t pay anything towards bills. She unfortunately gets some mail here.

What do we do?? We want her out asap!
