Cable Company Broke My Fence

We purchased a new fence back in November ( around 13k). We made sure we were appropriately on our property line had the city confirm we were ample distance away from potential likes etc. We'll shorty after a cable company decided to dig up the area between our property like and our neighbors. That was fine except they created a trench essentially to run their lines. During this they even cut the invisible fence our neighbors had ( never fixed this btw). We'll the problem is this hole / trench was made months ago a never filled it because they are apparently still working? They put up a orange warning fence etc. We'll when they made this hole they exposed the beam to our new fence and ruined the structural integrity so during a windstorm we had that area of our fence blew out and broke. Iam fuming honestly and not in a rational place ill admit. What are my options? I want my fence fixed but I also have a dog and daughter so this is a Hazzard. And dangerous we can't us our backyard due to this whole in our fence
