Can 3 Days Satisfy Abandonment?

Resubmitting because I screwed up.

Curious about the legality of this.

a merchant has an "abandonment" policy that basically states if you don't pickup your item from their warehouse within 3 business days, they reserve the right to reclaim ownership and sell it to another buyer and provide no refund. Lesson learned. While I'm sure their T&C that is agreed upon states this and you're screwed because of it. I was wondering the take of folks here.

Based on other sales, I can see this happens quite often where items will be reclaimed multiple times as buyers fail to pickup merchandise, leading me to believe its intentionally short? to generate revenue.

I was curious more about the legality of reclamation rather than requirement to store goods purchased.
