Can I Call Aps For My Grandpa?

I’ll make a long story short. My half sister has been using my grandpa for years. Making him pick up her kids/take them to school/help her with rent saying “I don’t want to lose my place. My kids will be in a homeless shelter” pretty much coercing my grandpa to help her monetarily. She has two kids she pay child support on. She never paid it and went into felony status. Got arrested 2 years ago and my grandpa had to bail her out and has been paying monthly for TWO YEARS on her child support. This is just the beginning of how badly she has used him. The entire month of December she lost her car and made my grandpa get up at 6am and pick up her kids and take them to school and also pick them up in the afternoon and take them home. They moved out of the district and she won’t make them switch schools - so now she is running my grandpa into an early grave with how much help she needs from him. He had to stop running them to school because he just had a hospital stay and rehab. It’s literally killing him. She is ignoring me - has ignored me for months ever since I was ignorantly and lent her $$ and wanted it back. What can I do??
