Can I Call Corporate To Negotiate A Severance Rather Than Pursue Anything Legally (colorado)

I didn’t get fired but was made to where I was pulled into the office constantly and written up. I broke down one of these times and signed a two week notice while stressed out and panicking.

I’m pretty confident I could win if I pursued this legally as retaliation or constructive dismissal. But I know that can take a long time. And I would rather solve it quick so I was hoping to call corporate and negotiate a severance instead. Is that possible or would I get in trouble? Would I avoid naming specific evidence I have and just be vague? This is a factory with a large parent company and I was going to try to talk to the large corporate parent company.

It was an ongoing safety hazard and I called osha, the fire dept, filed workmans comp and even requested leave until they fixed it (lucky to it got fixed that day I didn’t take leave). I tried to talk to the higher ups about it so they know I didn’t like it. It went on for 6 weeks because they didn’t want to shut the factory line down.
