Can I Get In Trouble For This?
Hey everyone! I got into it with someone on a fb group regarding the TikTok ban, and I proved them wrong and brought up something I was previously arrested for (charges dropped). They immediately fired back saying they sent my comments to the sheriffs office in my town and now I’m paranoid that I can get in trouble. I didn’t say anything threatening or anything, I wasn’t exactly polite though. And yes I regret my decisions. Just wondering if there’s anything they’d do for old charges that were dropped. I don’t believe it would be classified as harassment either as it was a back and forth, not one sided at all. Is there anything I can do to prepare in case law enforcement does come by? What should I say as to not incriminate myself further? Thanks!
