Can My Grandmother Claim Inheritance If She Can’t Fulfill The Condition In The Will?

Hi, I need some advice regarding my grandmother’s inheritance.

My grandmother has a disease, so she can’t travel. Her late first husband, who lived in Florida, left her $10,000 in his will, but only if she uses it for a trip to the United States and a cruise.

The will says: “It is the Grantor's desire that [her full name] utilize the assets of this share for a trip to the United States along with a cruise.”

Is there any way for her to still receive the money despite not being able to fulfill this condition?

Thanks for any help!
