Can My Parents Make Me Go Through Cosmetic Surgery Against My Wishes?

i'm a minor--17--in north carolina. i have a history of self harming behaviors, and my parents made me undergo cosmetic surgery in order to get my scars removed years ago. i recently relapsed into these behaviors and they are yet again threatening to take me back. thing is, i did not wish to receive the procedure the first time, but i just nodded along with it. i'm almost of legal age now. can they make me go through with the procedure still, even if i am adamant this time bout my lack of consent? would the doctors take my side since i'm almost an adult, or would my parents' word still trump mine? if they carry through with the procedure regardless of my claims, is there any action i could possibly take?
