Can You Leave The Country With A Pending Criminal Case And A Restraining Order?

My ex husband is trying to flee the country. I just got granted a restraining and full custody of our child, the judge ordered child support enforced probation to take out of his paycheck. The judge told him he can apply to see our child after he completes anger management and therapy, however the husband only concern was if he can leave the country . He is planning to go live with his mom to avoid jail and child support not even caring about his child or me.

Is he allowed to leave ? My lawyer told me he will be allowed to leave but questioned when he tries to come back which I don’t think he will..

His criminal case status right now is a grand jury is being picked to choose to indict him for a felony or not .
