Cancel Phone Service.

I'm in Arizona. My husband had an affair and I found out. We have not yet filed for divorce or legal separation but I moved out a couple of months ago. I tried to reconcile and I have tried to be amicable, even paying some of his bills when he couldn't afford them. He makes 4x more than I do. The other day he got mad because I told his affair partner's husband the details I know about the affair. He confronted his wife who confessed to everything. In retaliation my husband suspended my and my kids phones with att. Today he told me that I have to transfer the phones and their numbers to a new account. What is my legal obligation? I don't plan on staying with att. Do I have to give the phones to him if they are not yet paid off?
