Car Got Hit A Week Ago And Guy Won’t Respond

North Carolina, USA. A little over a week ago, my car got scrapped by a delivery truck. The woman who hit my car said that deliveries wasn’t her day job and she was doing the guy a favor. After she hit my car, she called her boss and he told me he would send me his insurance information as well as pay for the damages on my car. I got his number and I messaged him asking for the insurance information. He never sent it. I took my car to get an estimate like I had discussed with him and sent that over to him as well. He has since stopped responding and won’t give me anymore information on how he wants to proceed or even if he has called the collision center that sent me the estimate. I did not file a police report like a dummy when it happened. What can I do? I do have pictures of the damage as well as the security footage of the accident.
