Car Recall Isn't Being Repaired

Card image cap

I'm an owner of a 2019 Honda Pilot with an infotainment system recall. I have had it into the dealer to repair this recall 3 times and it still hasn't been fixed correctly. I did not purchase this car as a new car, and I am the second owner. The first owner had this recall "fixed" when they owned the car as well, so this has been repaired 4 times now by Honda. I'm not getting very far with the dealership and they keep finding "loose wires and connections incorrect" in the system, but it never repairs the issue. There are 6 main components in the infotainment loop, so it's difficult to troubleshoot and correct. I have asked them to just replace the entire system, but at this point they aren't willing to do that. What can I do to get Honda to either buy the car back due to not being able to fix the recall or force them to replace the entire system? Thanks in advance!
