Car Troubles
I live in GA and purchased a 2020 Chevy Suburban with 94k miles back in April of 24. It ended up being 32K after financing. It's been pretty decent for the most part, but the other day while driving, it started not responding to pressing the gas. I ended up having to get it towed to our normal mechanic and they said that the transmission needs to be replaced and they quoted me 7K. It's had a couple of other issues recently as well and I just got it out of the shop 2 weeks ago. I don't have a warranty. If I pay to have this fixed and add the other times I've had it in the shop, I have paid over 10K for this car in less than one year. Is there anything that I can do legally or am I out of luck?
